Returns

Overview

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchases from USFRP.com. You may return items that are unopened and in "like new" condition within a 30 day period after delivery.

Due to the types of products that we sell, there will be a 35% restocking fee on all returned products without exception. You must pay for return freight and any ⁄ all packaging materials to ensure that your returned merchandise does not get damaged during it's return shipment.

We can not accept returns for custom, made-to-order FRP Panels (Artizan and Induro), any adhesives or sealants.

How to return items to us

  1. You must contact us directly to request a "RMA#" (Return Merchandise Authorization Number).
    Please have your order number and list of items that you would like to return when you contact us. We will provide you the following:
    • RMA#
    • Return address
  2. Upon issuance of an RMA# from us, package the merchandise that you are returning to us properly to ensure that it does not get damaged in shipping.
  3. Include the original packing slip along with the issued RMA# clearly written on the original packing slip or a separate paper.
  4. Contact the freight/shipping carrier of your choice to schedule a pickup of your returned merchandise to us.
  5. All returns must be received by us within 30 days after an RMA# is issued.

Upon receipt of your returned merchandise, it will be inspected to ensure it's condition. A credit will be issued to the original credit card used for your purchase within 15 business days after receipt. Your credit will be the purchase price of your items minus a 35% restocking fee, excluding freight. No credit will be issued for any opened or damaged merchandise.
