Overview

This is a statement of the information that we collect for USFRP.com and how we use any of the collected information. We know how important protecting your privacy is. Any and all information that you provide to us is governed by this document. Your use of this site, USFRP.com, is your consent and acceptance of this privacy policy.

We do not rent, share or lease your information with anyone except the minimal amount of information needed to fulfill your requests to us such as an order placed with us or under a justified court order. Details of the information that we collect and how we use it is below.

We also use a Secure Socket Layer (SSL) certificate that encrypts all information between your accessing device and our website. This is an added layer of protection to assist in the prevention of anyone being able to read any information being passed in the case that it is intercepted as well as ensuring that you are indeed connecting to our site and not a third party site pretending to be us. This is what the padlock icon indicates in your web browser usually shown to the left of the website url address at the top of your browser window.

Collection and Use of Personal Information

  • Access Information

    • Access information is considered to be any of the information that is used between our web service and the device that you are using to access our web site. This is non-personally identifiable information in order to provide your device with the requested services. This may include, but is not limited to your IP (internet protocol) address, type of device, operating system and browser.
    • We do not store this information in your account if you choose to register with us, however we do log the information in a secure location for aggregate use (e.g. log files). This information is not shared with anyone and is used solely for web statistics, such as how many visitors have visited our site or specific web pages, etc. We may also use this information in aggregate to help us improve our web site experience for our users.

  • Information stored on your computer or accessing device (cookies)

    • We do use cookies in order to maintain the functionality of our online store. Cookies are very small files that are stored on your device. We use cookies in order to enhance your visit with us such as the ability to add items to your shopping cart, whether you have logged in, etc., however no personally identifiable information is stored in the cookies that we use.

  • Personal Information You Provide To Us

    • Contacting Us

    • When you contact us using our contact form, we collect the information you provide to us such as your name, phone and email address. This information is not stored on our servers once the contact email has been sent. We use this information in order to process your contact request and to provide the information that you have requested.

    • Customer Information

    • The information that you provide to us for your potential order or quote is used solely for that purpose. This information is needed in order to provide you shipping/freight rates and fulfillment. We must share this information with our partners that are involved in the processing and fulfillment of your order.
    • We take great strides in protecting this information on our servers. Although nothing is 100% secure, which is why we have several security measures in place including using encrypted SSL connections during any/all communication between your access device and our servers during the transmission of this sensitive information.

    • Registration

    • Registration is not required. It is an optional service provided by USFRP.com. If you choose to register with us, it can simplify and enhance your shopping experience with us.
    • If you choose to register with us, then you will be required to provide a username and password to access your account. We use several security measures to ensure that your password can not be read even by our staff. For your own protection, we strongly recommend that you never share your login information with anyone. We also recommend that you use a password that is different than any other web site or service that you use.
    • No one from USFRP.com will ever ask you for your password. This includes any phone call, text, email or any other form of communication.

  • Information That We Share

    • When you place an order with us, we provide our financial services provider with your billing information in order to process your payment. This is for your security and helps in fraud protection for all parties involved in the transaction.
    • If your purchases are being shipped to you, we will share your shipping information on a confidential basis with our delivery service providers. Our delivery service providers are prohibited from using your personal information for any purpose other than making the delivery.
